We are a bunch of plucky electric vehicle nerds scooting, driving, and living in and around Atlanta, Georgia!

 

In mid-2021, as we drove our electric vehicles in and around Georgia, we noticed something: a convenient & affordable EV driving experience wasn’t equally available to all communities in GA!  EV charging & home energy efficiency tools were disproportionately aggregated towards wealthier communities & demographics, and often scarce in black & under-served Georgia communities.

 

As a result, some populations (often including our friends and family) did not have easy access to locally-convenient home and public chargers for a variety of reasons, like: (1) unfamiliarity with EVs, (2) few nearby charging options, (3) costs & complexity of installing an affordable home energy system.

 

In addition, we found that many black/underrepresented qualified electrical professionals were being under-utilized for equipment installations and services. This meant large groups of people & businesses were missing out on the economic, environmental, & energy benefits of “the energy-independence revolution.” So we made it our mission to help Georgians “Own their Energy”…. and Juicy  ⚡️ Power was born!

Juicy Power is the FIRST Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging and Energy System specifically designed to empower inexpensive equipment installations for Georgia homeowners and businesses in/near black & historically under-served neighborhoods.

Our goal is to close this energy/charging inequity, and provide EV charging and home energy products/services for 10,000 Georgia residents and businesses!

The Juicy Power (JP) organization empowers easy, one-step connections between more new/experienced EV drivers and easy, smart EV charging for our users.  Our clients use JP's easy-to-use ChargeConnect app to connect with: (1) appropriate EV charging & home energy equipment and (2) our team of trusted & licensed black/underrepresented electric professionals. JP’s ChargeConnect system allows our users access to increased energy/fuel savings, faster local quote comparisons, and improved confidence in their final choices: resulting in happy homeowners & drivers!
